Description

Title: Software Engineer 

Duties: Create detailed level system design and architecture for the web-based software solution. Develop software code and perform unit testing on the web based developed code specifically in Banking and Financial Services Domain. Review code to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverable. Analyze business requirements to understand objectives, scope and impact of information technology systems. Provide high level estimation of cost and timelines based on the impact. Convert business requirements into System (Functional and Nonfunctional) requirements. Serve as an engagement point of contact to the business for all application impact, engagement, consultancy requests. Interact with business analysts and other project managers to understand the business requirements. Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with the offshore delivery teams to communicate the system requirements to be delivered. Review testing results to ensure that the developed code meets the stated functional requirements. Support Integration and User acceptance testing by Automating Deployments in test or production environment using Jenkins/CI–CD. Support code deployment process and ensure that the application is stable after the implementation. Support post implementation validation activities for the application. Monitor code in production environment during the warranty period. Fix any post implementation issues, during the warranty period with the SLA. Create test cases and test results for all the testing related user stories. Guide team members if they face any impediments in completing their assigned user story.

Requirements:  Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, (any) Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related IT occupation. Must have 2 years of experience with at least 10 or more of the following: Java, J2EE, Vert.x, Spring Boot, Cloud Technologies, Reactive Paradigm, Serverless, Swagger, Postman, JSON, Kafka, JUnit, Mockito, Microservices, Jenkins, Github Actions, XLR Templates, Docker, ELF, Rally or Jira, Github, IntelliJ, DataGrip, Gradle, MacOS, REST, HTTP, HTTPs, gRPC, Hydra, eCP, Agile, Oracle, Cassandra.
