FactSet Research Systems Inc. seeks Software Engineering Managers for Norwalk, CT office: Number of positions: 2.  Remote Positions: These positions may be performed remotely in the United States.  However, remote work is not permitted in the following states:  Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and West Virginia. Manage a team of software engineers or projects within the Search and Look Up department.  Review product requirement docs.,problem solving & working on high-level (operational/architectural) issues to ensure effectiveness of products under direct management; implements & tracks development timelines, & negotiates feature sets w/dev. leads & product teams; sets goals & mentors development of ongoing projects;  provides guidance & direction to team on software design & implementation; reviews code changes & submissions; presents technical & operational issues to senior mgmt. & sets deadlines & priorities for team members; helps to coordinate recruiting, training & new hire onboarding for immediate team. Min.Reqs: Bach. degree or foreign equiv. in Comp. Science or related tech. field & 2 yrs of softw. eng. industry exper. w/C#, .NET Framework, Python, SQL (MS SQL Server), Perl, JavaScript, Bash/Shell scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch 2, 6, and 9, AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Parameter Store, Aurora & RDS, Step Functions, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose), ETL Pipelines, Linux, Windows, SSH (PuTTY, WSL), Kibana, Grafana, Must have full software development life cycle experience.  Salary range: $135,000 to $165,000.  Send resume and cover letter to: apply@factset.com & reference ABSA2026SEM
