IT Support Specialist I

Hiring Immediately; Salary pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-3pm.

Hybrid schedule after 60-days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

What you will bring to Sunstate

• Someone who has invested time into their career.
• You have sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
• Exposure to Active Directory.
• Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware is NO challenge to you!
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting internal customers. Customer service skills are sharp!
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal/written communication skills. You know, all the good stuff. We know you got this!

Nice to haves

• Bachelors in IT or a related field.
• You have some exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
• Exposure to server virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS.
• Experience with ITIL.
• Experience with a VDI Environment.
