Job Description:
- Documentation Management: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related records. Ensuring that documentation is organized and accessible to stakeholders (Engineering Leadership).
- Task Tracking and Reporting: Tracking task progress for engineering projects (i.e., DORA and SLO Monitoring) in each tribe and generating summary/report to provide visibility into the project status and performance.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating engineering project activities. This includes arranging meetings, booking resources, and sending out meeting invitations.
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for project-related inquiries. Facilitating communication between stakeholders (Engineering Leadership).
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the Engineering Leadership such as preparing presentations, drafting correspondence, and maintaining project files.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is beneficial. Having certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master) from Scrum.org or PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute) can be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Coda, or Asana for task management, scheduling, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration among Engineering Leadership and team members
