Description
TPF Software Inc. seeks Technical Project Manager (Pembroke Pines, FL & able to telecommute from any location within the US). Manage Information Technology project development from initiation to closure, serving as a liaison between project owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, product sponsors, and customers to plan projects, define product and customer requirements, and establish test acceptance criteria—ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality software delivery. Prepare effort estimations, work breakdown structures, and project milestone schedules. Manage product and sprint backlogs, and prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and market competitiveness. Lead ART/Scrum teams to implement and maintain Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices across the organization. Execute Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams. Provide periodic status reports to all project stakeholders. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including mainframe developers, system administrators, and business analysts. Resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate periodic meetings between project teams to ensure task synchronization. Manage project scope effectively by documenting changes, obtaining necessary approvals, and adjusting milestones and costs accordingly. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing and executing contingency plans. Conduct postimplementation project evaluations to review costs incurred and goals achieved. Ensure proper archival of all project documents upon completion.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, (any) Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related IT occupation.
Must have 5 years of experience with Agile, ART, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Java, JavaScript, RestClient, RESTful API, Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, RestAssured, SOAP UI, Postman. Able to telecommute from any location within the US.
