Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of fintech or banking technology projects, such as core banking systems, payment systems, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, compliance, and business to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resource planning.
- Maintain clear project documentation and regular status updates for key stakeholders.
- Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Identify potential technical, operational, and project risks, and proactively work on mitigation plans.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or technical project coordination, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Experience managing technology-related projects such as digital platforms, payment systems, or financial systems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks and propose effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of financial products, fintech operations, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between business and engineering teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
