You will act as the main point of coordination between business users, implementation partners, and technical teams, driving issue resolution, risk management, and governance activities. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, structured project management, and experience working in international environments.

[Responsibility]

- Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams during implementation projects.

- Support the planning and scheduling of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other testing cycles.

- Track testing milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.

- Coordinate test preparation activities, including test cases, test data, and business user participation.

- Monitor testing progress and provide regular updates on execution status.

- Facilitate defect review and triage meetings with project teams and vendors.

- Track defects, issues, risks, and action items through to resolution.

- Escalate critical issues and risks that may impact project timelines or quality objectives.

- Act as a central point of coordination between business users, implementation partners, support teams, and project stakeholders.

- Facilitate daily and weekly status meetings.

- Ensure clear communication of testing progress, issues, and key decisions.

- Support stakeholder engagement throughout the testing and deployment phases.

- Prepare and maintain testing status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project updates.

- Support governance meetings and steering committee reporting.

- Maintain testing-related documentation, issue logs, action trackers, and project records.

- Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards.

- Assist in coordinating go-live readiness activities.

- Support business validation and stabilization efforts during project deployment.

- Coordinate post-go-live issue tracking and reporting as required.

[Requirement]

- Possess 2-3 years of experience in IT implementation, project coordination, testing, PMO, or project management roles.

- Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.

- Have experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Show a good understanding of software testing and project delivery lifecycles.

- Hold strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

- Experience in system implementation, ERP, SAP, or enterprise application projects is advantageous.

- Exposure to testing activities such as SIT, UAT, or defect management is preferred.

- Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent) is advantageous.

- Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar is preferred.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
