At IndyVet, you will do more than practice. You will help build something incredible. This is a unique opportunity to join IndyVet as a second Veterinary Neurologist and co build and grow the Neurology service alongside a fellow Neurologist in a collaborative, specialty driven hospital.

Our 30,000 square foot, state of the art facility is designed to support advanced specialty medicine and collaboration. Our resources include on site MRI, an in-house blood bank, dedicated pharmacy, and a strong Surgery team for integrated patient care. IndyVet provides an environment where you can consult, teach, develop the Neurology service, and grow alongside experienced colleagues.

In your day to day, you will:
• Provide advanced neurological care and management for complex veterinary patients
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of neurological conditions in collaboration with the Neurology team and other specialists
• Help grow IndyVet's Neurology service alongside the existing Veterinary Neurologist
• Collaborate with specialists and ER clinicians through daily case discussions and cross departmental problem solving
• Utilize advanced diagnostic capabilities, including on site MRI, to support comprehensive neurological workups
• Mentor technicians and support team members as part of daily case management
• Participate in teaching, consultation, and knowledge sharing within the hospital
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
• Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
What You Bring
• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Indiana veterinary licensure
• Board Certification in Veterinary Neurology or residency training in Veterinary Neurology
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with experience managing complex neurological cases
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and client centered approach
• A commitment to exceptional patient care and compassionate client service
• A passion for mentorship, continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
• An interest in building and growing a Neurology service in partnership with an experienced colleague
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a transparent, supportive hospital culture
