An established concierge Internal Medicine practice in Washington, DC is seeking a board-certified physician to join its collaborative care team as part of a planned physician succession.

This opportunity offers the ability to practice highly personalized, relationship-centered medicine within a sophisticated concierge environment featuring smaller patient panels, extended visits, and meaningful continuity of care.

The incoming physician will work alongside experienced physician partners and transition directly with a retiring physician currently managing an established concierge panel of approximately 600 patients.

Position Highlights

• Established concierge practice with inherited patient panel
• Approximately 600 patients transitioning through physician succession
• Smaller panels and extended appointment times
• Highly personalized preventive and primary care model
• Strong operational infrastructure including staffing, billing, IT, compliance, and marketing support
• AllScripts EMR platform and established clinical workflows
• Reduced administrative burden and improved physician work-life balance
• Flexibility for teaching, research, or hospital affiliations if desired
