The Strategic Equity Solutions Specialist drives cross-divisional collaboration, harnessing the full capabilities of JPMorganChase. This role serves as the primary contact for institutional clients, offering highly customized solutions for managing concentrated equity positions, and working closely with key teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of products.

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributing member of the Institutional Market Specialists team within the Private Bank, with specific focus on concentrated stock and derivatives financing solutions.
• Deliver high-touch coverage and advisory to JPMorgan Private Bank's top institutional clients in Asia, providing market insights, risk management, and derivative solutions to support their financial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Private Banking and Investment Banking, including 23 Wall, Cross Asset Solutions, Strategic Solutions Group, and Capital Markets to deliver integrated solutions and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify suitable clients for the IMS coverage model and assist in onboarding new client relationships.
• Prepare impactful, execution-ready, and suitability-compliant content, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.
• Contribute to the development of new products and platform enhancements in response to market and client needs.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory, risk, operational, and due diligence standards and internal policies.
• Regular travel within coverage regions may be required.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• University degree in finance, economics, or other related disciplines.
• Expertise in concentrated stock disposal, hedging, cash and derivatives financing solutions from trading, sales, and risk management perspectives.
• Strong understanding of market risks from pricing and execution perspectives.
• Excellent client management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in data analytics and Excel; strong quantitative and analytical proficiency.
• High level of integrity, team spirit, and adaptability in a demanding environment.
• Solid knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines, with relevant qualifications and licenses.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Experience in investment banking, private-side structuring, and holistic solutions for ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs and family offices.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support clients and stakeholders in China and other markets.
