About You

You might be fresh off your Professional Year or have a couple of years as an adviser under your belt. Either way, you’re open to being mentored, keen to learn, and excited about making a genuine difference in the lives of everyday Western Australians.

About the Role

You won't be scrambling for leads. You won't be left to figure it out on your own. You’ll support our existing client base and grow alongside the steady stream of new enquiries.

In your first 12 months, you'll shadow our senior advisers, learn how we do things at Firefly, and build relationships with clients who will be transferred to your book. 

From there, you'll be running your own client meetings, conducting reviews, taking on new appointments, and delivering Firefly quality advice with a support team behind you.

Must haves

Relevant degree or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
Completed Professional Year
Passed the Financial Adviser Ethics Exam
Registered as a Financial Adviser on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register

Nice to haves

1-3 years of experience in a financial advisory role
XPlan experience
Familiarity with GESB super funds
